Sweet, naturally-dried sultanas from succulent varieties of white seedless grapes mixed with golden, Scottish heather honey bring a deliciously mellow, sweet flavour to our biscuits, slow baked using a handful of organic ingredients and half dipped in intense, dark chocolate. (125g)

If you’re going to treat yourself, you should treat yourself properly. So, if you think you’ve earned a biscuit, a cheap, mass-produced one really isn’t a proper reward.

The basic ingredients for all our biscuits are the same: organic flour, organic sugar and organic British butter from farms where the cattle spend plenty of time outside happily grazing grass.

For our Sultana with Heather Honey Biscuits dipped in Dark Chocolate, we add sweet, naturally-dried sultanas and Scottish heather honey, then they are half dipped in intense, dark chocolate.  

It all ends up in the village of Aberlour, by the River Spey, where the famous shortbread maker, Walkers, bakes over 15 kinds of biscuits for us. Like so many of our suppliers and partners, the company is a family firm – still run by a Walker over a hundred years after its founding.

All that time has taught them a thing or two about great biscuits. Not least that if you use the very best ingredients, it makes the end product even more satisfying.
